Return Material Policy

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all product returns including credit returns, advance replacements, warranty repairs and non-warranty repairs. This can be obtained by calling, faxing or emailing Sequel Technologies Customer Service. Please have the following information available when contacting Sequel Technologies for an RMA:

An explanation of the reason for return

You will be given an RMA number. Package the product carefully; place the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package and a written explanation of the reason for return inside the package. Send the product to the address given by Customer Service.

All products are to be returned freight prepaid within 30 days of receiving the RMA. Sequel Technologies reserves the right to cancel the RMA after 30 days. If you fail to return the products within 30 days, please contact Customer Service for a new RMA. Freight collect returns or unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense. All returns and repairs are subject to evaluation upon receipt. Sequel Technologies will issue credit for new, standard production items that are unused and in original shipping cartons for a period of 60 days from the original date of shipment.  All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking  and refurbishing fee.  Credit must be used within one (1) year of the date of issue.
