Sequel Technologies warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials and will conform to Sequel Technologies’ published specifications for a period of two (2) years from date of shipment, subject to the terms of this limited warranty. The warranty only extends to wholesale customers who buy directly from Sequel Technologies.  Sequel Technologies does not warrant its products to end-user customers.

Sequel Technologies is not responsible for conditions or applications over which Sequel Technologies has no control.  Defects or problems as a result of such conditions or applications are not the responsibility of Sequel Technologies.  Such conditions include normal wear and tear, catastrophe, fault or negligence of the user or a party other than Sequel Technologies, improper installation, application, storage, maintenance or use of products, or other causes external to the product, or failure to conform to any applicable recommendations of Sequel Technologies. The warranty does not cover, and Sequel Technologies does not warrant, batteries of any type used in connection with the products furnished.

If any product fails to meet the limited warranty, Sequel Technologies shall, at its option, correct any such failure by repairing any defective product or replacing any product under warranty with new or remanufactured product.  Sequel Technologies will not be responsible for the loss of revenue or profit or the cost of labor or other costs of removal or reinstallation of products.  The repaired or replaced product is the warranted under the term of the limited warranty for the balance of the term of the warranty or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.  For any warranty claim, the buyer should contact Sequel Technologies Customer Service and request authorization to return the product in accordance with the return material policy posted on the Sequel Technologies web site www.sequeltechnologies.com. Sequel Technologies will return warranty repair or replacement items per incoming ship method at no additional charge.

The foregoing Limited Warranty sets forth the exclusive remedies for claims based on any defect, failure, malfunction, or any other performance or non-performance of any product, whether the claim is contract, indemnity, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and however instituted.  Upon expiration of the applicable limited warranty period, any liability of Sequel Technologies in connection with such exclusive remedies shall terminate, and the buyer shall have thirty (30) days after the warranty period to give written notice of any defects, failures, malfunctions, or other performance or non-performance issue that appeared during the warranty period.  The foregoing limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, implied or statutory.  NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY
